Advisor of Northern Cyprus Association of Dental Students - İsmet Ersalıcı

I started to work as a Advisor as of September 2021 in the Northern Cyprus Association of Dental Students, where I served as President between 2019-2021.

Born in 1998 in Kyrenia, I completed my primary education at Girne American Primary School and secondary and high school education at 19 Mayıs Turkish Maarif College and graduated with honors.

After completing my higher education at the Near East University Faculty of Dentistry in 2021 with a degree, I started my PhD education at the Near East University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Orthodontics in the same year. I had an active university life.

In 2018, I started to work as an internship exchange officer in the Northern Cyprus Dental Students' Association. I started to work as the Union Advisor Teacher since September 2021 in the Northern Cyprus Dental Students' Association, where I served as the President between 2019-2021.

In the International Association of Dental Students, I was elected as the student internship exchange officer between 2019-2020 and the Middle East Regional General Officer between 2020-2021, respectively. I was awarded the second prize in the DentSply Global Clinical Case Contest held in May 2021. I was awarded the second prize in the Oral Presentation Award Session at the Oral Diagnosis and Maxillofacial Radiology Association Congress held in Selçuk, İzmir in October 2022.

Nowadays, when even a minute is of vital importance, instead of wasting our time, I aimed to make our lives easier by using the developing technology and to earn our time in a good way, and I have adopted a philosophy to do my work in this direction. I apply this mindset both in my personal life and in my business life.

So; a powerful weapon such as artificial intelligence is now in the hands of humanity and it is entirely up to individuals to use this weapon for good or bad. In this direction, I strive to consciously and well integrate the concepts of artificial intelligence and automation into my work with great effort to save time and comfort for my patients and me.
